CopyBuilder AI is built and operated by Arine Solutions Private Limited, a registered Indian company headquartered in Maharashtra. The company is GST-registered, RoC-compliant, and serves customers across India and 30+ international markets. The founding team comes from product, engineering, and growth backgrounds at Indian and global SaaS companies. We're a fully remote team with team members across Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, and Delhi NCR.
Email support is our standard channel for all paid plans because it scales reliably and creates a written record both sides can reference later. Agency-tier customers can request a Zoom or Google Meet onboarding call — typically a 30-minute walkthrough of the dashboard, brand profile setup, and template library. Enterprise customers get a dedicated account manager with a regular monthly call, plus an SLA for emergency phone support. Email info@arinesolutions.com with: (1) your account email, (2) the URL or screen where the issue occurred, (3) what you did and what you expected to happen, (4) what actually happened, and (5) a screenshot or screen recording if possible. The more reproduction detail you include, the faster we can fix it. For data-loss bugs or anything affecting billing, mark the email as 'URGENT BUG' in the subject line — we treat those as P1 tickets with a 4-hour first-response SLA.

Many of the features shipped in 2026 (Templates library, Workspaces, API access, the Affiliate program) came directly from customer requests. Feature requests from paying customers are weighted higher in our prioritisation, but Free-plan ideas are also welcome and frequently win.
Yes. For teams of 3+ evaluating Pro or Agency plans, we offer a 30-minute live demo via Google Meet. Email info@arinesolutions.com with your team size, primary use case (D2C, agency, B2B SaaS, etc.), and a preferred time slot. The demo covers the studios you'll use most, brand profile setup, content library, templates, and (for Agency prospects) team workflows and the API. We can also tailor the demo to specific industries — for example, an agency-focused demo emphasises multi-client workflows.
We don't currently run a public forum, but we have an invite-only WhatsApp/Slack community for paid customers (Pro and Agency tiers) where you can swap tips, share template wins, and get fast peer answers. Approved users receive an invite within 1 week of their first paid charge. To cancel a paid subscription, go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing → 'Cancel subscription'. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. To fully delete your account (including all generations, brand profiles, and personal data), email info@arinesolutions.com from your registered email with the subject 'DELETE ACCOUNT'; we process deletion requests within 7 days and email confirmation when complete. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible — your data cannot be recovered after deletion.
We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP, 2023) and the EU GDPR for European customers. Your generations, brand profiles, and account data are stored encrypted at rest in Supabase (PostgreSQL) and accessible only to you (or your workspace teammates). We do not train public models on your content, sell your data to advertisers, or share it with third parties beyond our minimum subprocessors (OpenAI for generation, Cashfree for payments, Resend for transactional email). Yes. Enterprise and Agency customers can request a signed DPA in line with India's DPDP Act and the EU GDPR. The DPA covers data subject rights, processing purposes, sub-processor list, breach notification SLAs, and data deletion procedures. To request, email info@arinesolutions.com with 'DPA REQUEST' in the subject and your company's legal entity name. Standard DPA template is signable within 2 to 3 business days; custom DPA negotiations typically take 5 to 10 business days.
Yes — for organisations needing more than the standard Agency plan, we offer Enterprise contracts with custom seat counts, raised API rate limits, signed master service agreements (MSA), uptime SLAs (typically 99.5% to 99.9%), priority support with 1-hour response, dedicated CSM, and optional on-premise / private deployment for highly regulated industries. Our platform runs on Vercel (frontend), Supabase (database/auth), and OpenAI (generation), all of which provide 99.9%+ uptime. We take security reports seriously. Email security@arinesolutions.com with details of the vulnerability — please use responsible disclosure (give us 90 days to fix before public disclosure). We acknowledge security reports within 24 hours, triage within 3 business days, and fix critical issues within 14 days. We don't currently run a paid bug bounty program, but we publicly credit researchers in our security acknowledgements and offer CopyBuilder AI Agency plan credits as a thank-you for valid, novel reports.
