Is there really a free plan with no credit card required?

Yes. The Free plan gives you 10 generation credits every month forever, with no credit card on file and no trial timer. You also get one brand profile, access to the Content Library, and the ability to use the public templates library. The free plan is built for solo founders, side-project marketers, and anyone who wants to evaluate the platform before committing — it's permanent, not a teaser. You can stay on Free for as long as you like, and credits refill automatically every billing month.

What's the difference between Starter, Pro, and Agency?

Starter (₹199/month) gives you 100 credits, 1 brand profile, and access to all 6 content types — designed for solo marketers and indie hackers who post regularly. Pro (₹499/month) adds 500 credits, 5 brand profiles, the Templates library, and priority email support — designed for in-house marketing managers and freelance copywriters handling multiple campaigns. Agency (₹999/month) unlocks unlimited generations, unlimited brand profiles, 3 team seats, the API for programmatic access, and the team features — designed for agencies, content shops, and SaaS marketing teams that need to scale.

How does the annual billing discount work?

Pay annually and you get a 17% discount versus paying monthly — effectively two months free per year. The full annual amount is charged upfront and your subscription auto-renews 12 months later. The discounted per-month equivalent is shown on the pricing page next to the strikethrough monthly price so you can compare both options at a glance. Annual billing is great for established teams that have validated the tool; new users typically start monthly and switch to annual after a couple of months.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Yes — both upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately from the dashboard, with no contract and no cancellation fees. Upgrades are pro-rated: you pay the difference for the remaining days of your current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you don't lose credits you've already paid for. There's no minimum commitment beyond the current month, and you can move from Free to Agency to Free again without losing your generations or brand profiles.

What is a 'credit' and how many credits does each generation use?

One credit equals one generation, regardless of output size or content type. So a single brief that returns 10 Google Ads headlines, 4 descriptions, and 2 CTAs counts as one credit. A blog post that returns a full 1500-word draft is also one credit. The exception is the Website Blog studio, where a complete post might involve 4 to 8 generations (outline, intro, body sections, conclusion) — but each one of those is still one credit. Credits refill on the same calendar day every month.

Do unused credits roll over to the next month?

No, unused credits do not roll over — your balance resets to the plan's monthly allowance on your billing-cycle anniversary. This keeps pricing simple and prevents users from hoarding credits indefinitely. The vast majority of users on Starter and Pro plans use 60 to 90 percent of their monthly credits, so rollover would rarely be a meaningful benefit. If you consistently hit your limit, the right move is to upgrade to the next tier rather than ask for rollover.

Are prices in INR or USD, and is GST included?

All plans are billed in Indian Rupees (INR). GST at 18% is added at checkout in line with Indian tax law for SaaS subscriptions. The headline prices on the pricing page are exclusive of GST so you can compare them like-for-like with international SaaS tools that quote ex-tax pricing. The final amount including GST is shown clearly at checkout. International customers (outside India) are also billed in INR — your card issuer applies the FX conversion automatically.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Rupay), debit cards, UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM), net banking from major Indian banks, and digital wallets via Cashfree Payments — India's PCI-DSS-certified payment gateway. International cards are also accepted for customers outside India. We do not currently support invoice-based payment for monthly plans, but Enterprise customers (Agency tier and above) can request annual invoicing with NEFT/wire transfer.

Is there a refund policy if I'm unhappy with the product?

We offer a 7-day refund window on first-time monthly subscriptions and a 14-day refund window on first-time annual subscriptions, no questions asked. After that, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — typically prorated for the unused portion if there's been a service issue on our end. To request a refund, contact us at info@arinesolutions.com with your registered email; refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days back to the original payment method. We don't refund pro-rated downgrades within a billing cycle.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes — you can cancel from Dashboard → Settings → Billing in two clicks, with no email or cancellation form required. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which you're moved to the Free plan automatically. Your generations, brand profiles, and Content Library remain intact even after downgrade — you just lose access to features tied to your previous tier (extra brand profiles beyond the Free quota are read-only until you upgrade again or delete them).

Do you offer discounts for students, non-profits, or early-stage startups?

Yes. Verified students with a .edu or .ac.in email address get 50% off Starter and Pro plans for 12 months. Registered Indian non-profits (12A/80G certified) and early-stage startups (DPIIT-recognised, less than ₹1 crore in revenue) get 30% off any paid plan for the first year. Email info@arinesolutions.com from your official institutional email with proof of eligibility and we'll set up the discount within 1 to 2 business days. We don't currently offer free education-tier accounts at scale.

What happens if I exceed my monthly credit limit?

You'll see a soft warning at 80% usage and a prompt to upgrade at 100%. Once you hit zero credits, the studio shows an upgrade modal instead of generating new content — your existing Content Library, brand profiles, and templates remain accessible. To resume generating immediately, you can either upgrade to a higher tier (effective instantly with pro-rata billing) or wait until your monthly credit refill date, which is shown in Dashboard → Settings → Billing.

Is the Agency plan really unlimited or are there fair-use limits?

The Agency plan includes unlimited dashboard generations under a fair-use policy (typically tens of thousands of generations per month for a 3-seat team). The API endpoint for programmatic generation has a separate rate limit of 100 requests per workspace per day, which can be raised on Enterprise plans. We've never had to enforce the fair-use policy against a real customer; it exists only to prevent abuse like scripted scraping. If your needs exceed normal team usage, contact us — we'll likely just upgrade you to a custom Enterprise plan rather than throttle.

How many team members can collaborate on the Agency plan?

The Agency plan includes 3 team seats by default — typically one owner (handles billing and brand profiles), one editor (generates content), and one viewer (reviews and publishes). Additional seats can be added at ₹299 per seat per month. All seats share the same workspace, brand profiles, Content Library, and template library, with role-based permissions: owners get full access, editors can generate and save, viewers can read but not generate. For larger teams (10+ seats), Enterprise plans offer per-seat pricing and SSO.

Do you have an Enterprise plan beyond Agency?

Yes. Enterprise plans are custom-priced for organisations needing more than the Agency tier — typically 10+ team seats, SSO via Okta or Azure AD, an audit log, a signed Data Processing Addendum (DPA), priority support with a dedicated CSM, custom retention windows, raised API rate limits, or on-premise / private deployment. Can I get a custom invoice with my company's GSTIN for tax credit?

Yes. After your first paid charge, go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing → 'Edit billing details' and add your company name and GSTIN. All future invoices automatically include your GSTIN, registered address, and the appropriate IGST/CGST/SGST split based on your billing state versus our registered state (Maharashtra). You can also retrospectively download invoices for completed billing periods from the same page. Invoice format is GST-compliant and accepted by Indian tax authorities for input tax credit claims.

Is there a free trial of paid plans before I commit?

We don't offer a separate paid-plan trial — instead, the Free plan with 10 monthly credits acts as a permanent, no-pressure trial of the platform. Most users evaluate on Free for 1 to 4 weeks, then upgrade to Starter or Pro once they hit the credit limit consistently. If you need more than 10 credits to evaluate (for example, you're an agency considering Agency-tier features), email us with your use case and we can typically grant 50 to 100 bonus credits for a 14-day evaluation window.
