Payment terms

These payment terms apply to paid subscriptions and related charges for CopyBuilder AI, a product operated by Arine Solutions Private Limited (“we,” “us”). They supplement our Terms of Service.
1. No refunds
All fees paid for CopyBuilder AI are non-refundable and non-cancellable once charged, including subscription-style plan fees, repeat purchases for a new billing period, and any taxes or surcharges collected at checkout. This policy applies to monthly and annual billing cycles and to any promotional or discounted pricing.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you will not receive a refund for any reason, including unused time on a subscription, dissatisfaction with AI output, plan changes, or accidental purchase, except where a refund is legally required in your jurisdiction and cannot be waived by contract.
2. Free plan
No payment is required for the Free plan. No refunds apply because no fees are collected.
3. Billing periods and paying again
- How checkout works. Each paid purchase is processed as a separate payment through our provider (Cashfree). We do not store your card to charge you automatically when a period ends.
- Monthly and annual access. Your plan label (monthly or annual) describes the coverage window we apply after a successful payment (for example, calendar-month access or twelve months from payment). When that coverage ends, you need to complete checkout again to keep paid-tier access, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Past due. If paid coverage lapses, we may mark your account as past due and restrict generation until you pay again.
- Additional purchases for the same or a higher tier are subject to the same no-refund policy as your first purchase.
4. Payment processing
Payments are processed by our payment provider (Cashfree). Card and billing details are handled according to their security practices. For paid plans in India, the checkout amount includes applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 18% on the listed subscription price. For receipt or payment-method issues, you may use their support channels; refund requests to the processor do not override our no-refund policy except as required by law.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us at info@arinesolutions.com may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. Enterprise
Custom enterprise agreements may specify different payment or termination terms only where set out in a signed contract.
7. Changes
We may update these payment terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of paid features after updates constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
